Device of Galimard (post-office employee Clamecy) has never served outside Clamecy. His invention had the other purpose no than to facilitate its own job, him try to improve its own productivity, because it touched a 2 % discount on the fruit of its sales, for the management of its stock of postage stamps, the load of which it had. 
All the known stamps are obliterated by this office with small figure and big figure. The small figure of Clamecy is 876 from August, 1861 till December, 1862 ( the most current cancellation) and the big figure 1040 till the end of the use of the 10c.
